Natural gas utility consists of natural gas supply and interstate pipeline transmission services and distribution services. Other consists of miscellaneous service, together with the unallocated corporate costs and investments, and any eliminating amounts. It serves approximately 608,000 customers in Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska. On 14-Sep-2003, the group filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code.
