The group's principal activity is to provide on-line retail banking and mortgage lending services. The group operates through its subsidiaries, netbank, fsb, market street mortgage corporation, netbank partners, llp and nb partners, inc. It operates in two segments: retail banking and mortgage lending. Retail banking includes consumer banking products such as checking, money market and certificates of deposit, as well as, online bill payment and presentment, estatements, wireless account access, account consolidation and securities brokerage services. Mortgage lending includes origination of first mortgage loans and related services. These services are provided to retail and commercial customers in the United States and 20 foreign countries.
