The pharmacy benefit management services include claims management, pharmacy network, benefit design consultation, drug review and analysis, formulary design and disease information services, data access, reporting and information analysis, physician profiling, specialty pharmacy and mail order. These services are provided to plan sponsors, which include managed care organizations, local governments, unions, corporations and third party health care plan administrators through its network of licensed pharmacies throughout the United States. During the year 2003, the group acquired portland professional pharmacy and assets of integrail.
