The group operates in two divisions. The decorating solutions division produces in-mold labels and manufactures high-end pressure sensitive labels and shrink sleeves. The packaging services division provides promotional packaging, assembly and fulfillment services. The customers include manufacturers of home care, personal care, lawn care, automotive and food and beverage products. The group operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Asia. On 16-Jul-2003, the group acquired heat transfer business of international playing card and label co inc.
