The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market thermal management products, components and systems. The group operates in three segments: original equipment segment provides heat-transfer products to OEMs of on-highway and off-highway vehicles and other equipment manufacturers in North America. The distributed products segment provides heat-transfer and electronics cooling products for the vehicular replacement, hvac, computer and telecommunications equipment markets in North America, Europe and Asia. The European operations segment provides heat-transfer products to OEMs and industrial equipment manufacturers in Europe. These products are distributed through its salespersons, manufacturers' representatives, warehouse distributors, mass merchandisers and national accounts.
