The group's principal activity is to aid prospective clients to obtain finance and to provide managerial services to client companies. It has concluded agreements with atlas exportaciones e importaciones s.a. ("Atlas") and esmeralda s.a., ("Esmeralda") which grants the group the exclusive rights to represent their products for sale in Israel. On 01-Apr-2003, the group signed a memorandum of understanding with centrovet, ltda. ("Centrovet"), a chilean veterinary pharmaceutical company which will result in the group being compensated for the introduction of buyers worldwide for centrovet's veterinary products or chilean human pharmaceutical products marketed by centrovet. On 15-Apr-2003, it established its subsidiary pharmavet inc. The group operates in Israel, Chile , India, Spain, ethiopia. On 31-Mar-2004, the group owns 100% of pharmavet inc.
