The group's principal activities are to acquire, explore and develop oil and gas properties in the United States. The group owns interests in and operates 22 producing wells and four shut-in wells. It also owns partial interests in an additional 1,704 producing wells located in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Wyoming, Kansas, Colorado, Alabama, Montana and North Dakota. The majority of the operations are carried out in permian basin of west Texas. The group also acquires interests in producing and non-producing oil and gas leases from landholders and leaseholders in areas considered favorable for oil and gas exploration, development and extraction. Sid richardson energy services, co. Is one of the major customers of the group.
