The group's principal activities is to provide heath care benefits to managed care companies on a full risk basis. The group operates in two segments: managed care and direct medical services (psn) and pharmacy. Managed care provides network management services. The group provides services to patients through a network of primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals and ancillary facilities. The operations of the group serve a variety of at risk mco's including medical groups and clinics, managed care health plans, HIV clinics and long-term care facilities. The group's pharmacy operations has been discontinued.
