The group's principal activity is to provide medical staffing services to hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the United States. These services are provided through four divisions. The per diem nurse staffing division provides nurses for duration lesser than thirteen weeks across all specialties including pediatric, geriatric, intensive care and cardiovascular. The allied staffing division provides allied professionals to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, surgical and ambulatory care centers, both on a per diem and a travel basis. The travel nursing operations provide hospitals with nurses and surgical technicians for assignments lasting over thirteen weeks. The physician staffing division provides certified radiologists, anesthesiologists and psychiatrists. In Mar 2003 the group acquired saber-salisbury group. The group discontinued physician staffing services in 2003.
