The group's operations are comprised of three segments: mobile modular management corporation ('mmmc'), rentelco and enviroplex. Mmmc rents and sells modular buildings and related accessories to address customer's temporary and permanent space needs in California and Texas. Mmmc also serves classroom and specialty space needs from pre-school to post secondary grade levels. Rentelco rents and sells electronic test equipment to engineers, scientists, technicians and field-service personnel. Enviroplex manufactures moment-resistant, rigid steel framed portable classrooms and sells directly to California public school districts. The group's manufacturing facility is located in stockton, California.
