The group's principal activity is to acquire, develop and operate horse racetracks and related wagering operations. Currently, the group operates in twelve thoroughbred racetracks, two standardbred racetrack and one greyhound racetrack. The group also operates simulcast-wagering venues across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean region, United Kingdom and Australia. The racetrack facilities include dirt track, seating facilities, and turf course, parking, clubhouse and food and beverage facilities. The real estate operations of the group include a portfolio of undeveloped land and land under various stages of development including gated residential community and golf courses in the United States, Canada, and Austria.
