The group's principal activity is diamond exploration in the southern area of the province of Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. The group has incorporated one wholly owned subsidiary named Scout Resources, Inc. to conduct our Canadian exploration activities and for us to be in compliance with local law that requires a domestic Canadian corporation to conduct local exploration activities. Through Scout Resources Inc., the group is party to an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the claims.
