The company retains a single professional "commodity trading advisor" to manage the Fund speculative trading of commodity futures and forward contracts, other commodity interests and options. The Fund's offering materials were prepared in accordance with applicable CFTC rules and filed with and reviewed by NFA. The Fund's units of limited liability company interest ("Units") are privately offered.
