The group's principal activity is to produce ingredients and distillery products through ingredients and distillery products segments. Ingredients consist of specialty ingredients, primarily of specialty wheat starches and proteins, commodity ingredients, including commodity wheat starches and vital wheat gluten, and mill feeds. Distillery products consist of food grade alcohol, including beverage alcohol and industrial alcohol, fuel alcohol, commonly known as ethanol, and distillers grain and carbon dioxide, which are by-products of the group's distillery operations. The group markets its products on normal credit terms to customers in a variety of industries.
