The group's principal activity is to manufacture and market steel tubular products which is used in the completion and production of oil and gas wells. The group also manufactures line pipe used to gather and transmit oil and natural gas. The group operates in three segments: oilfield products, specialty tubing products and flat rolled steel and other products. Oilfield products include casing, production tubing and line pipe. Specialty tubing products include precision mechanical and as-welded tubing. Flat rolled steel and other include products secondary to the manufacture of oilfield and specialty tubing products.
