The group's principal activity is to provide proprietary technologies for embedded test that enables the design and manufacture of complex semiconductors. The embedded test solution allows integrated circuit designers to embed into a semiconductor design test functionality that can be used during semiconductor production and throughout the useful life of the chip. The technology also allows testing of integrated circuits after they have been assembled onto boards and systems. The group's products include chip test assembly, ic memory bist, logic bist, embedded logic test, ic memory bist with bira, pll bist, programmable ic memory bist and programmable external memory test. The customers of the group include integrated device manufacturers, fabless semiconductor companies and integrated circuit designers in system companies.
