The seating segment manufactures, assembles and supplies vehicle-seating requirements. The interior segment manufactures, assembles and supplies interior systems and components. The electronic and electrical segment manufactures electronic and electrical distribution systems, primarily wire harnesses, wireless systems and interior control systems. The major customers of the group are general motors, ford, daimler-chrysler, fiat, bmw, volkswagen, toyota, subaru and renault. The group has manufacturing and distribution facilities in Asia, eastern and western Europe and central and South America. On aug-2003, the group acquired additional 53% in equity of hanyil co ltd. On 06-Jul-2004, the group acquired ghw grote & hartmann gmbh.
