The group provides a range of financial services to individual and corporate customers through its branches in the greater lehigh valley area of Pennsylvania. The lending activity is concentrated primarily on residential first mortgage and equity loans secured by real estate. The group was formed in may 2003 on conversion of keystone savings bank from mutual savings bank to stock savings bank. Immediately after conversion, the group completed its merger with first colonial group, inc., the holding company for nazareth national bank and trust company which was then merged with the bank. The group became publicly held in Oct 2003. On 28-Sep-2004, the group acquired oakwood financial corp.
