The group's principal activity was to develop and provide digital consulting, communications and design related services including strategic planning, system design, creative design, implementation and performance metrics and analysis. The group is in the process of liquidating assets, collecting accounts receivable and paying creditors. There are no ongoing business operations and remaining revenue sources beyond those few remaining receivables not purchased by iis and not yet collected by the group.
