In addition, the jupiter events division of the group produces offline conferences and trade shows focused on it and business-specific topics, including wi-fi planet, search engine strategies and Internet planet. On 01-Jul-2003, the group acquired arttoday inc, on 14-Jul-2003, acquired the assets of devx.com, on 11-Dec-2003, the group acquired ppcforhosts.com and on 01-Apr-2004, the group acquired comstock inc.
