Igate solutions segment provides offshore outsourcing of it services, it systems maintenance, applications implementation and related custom development of applications such as oracle, sap and peoplesoft. Igate professional services segment provides client-managed and supervised it staffing service offerings including enterprise resource package implementation and integration, application support services and client directed software design and customization. Igate corporate segment provides recruiting, placement services and conduct clinical trials. During the year the group acquired quintant inc, diagnosearch, ideaspace solutions ltd & certain businesses of it&t technology services ltd.
