The group's principal activities are to build satellite ground systems for command, control, integration, data processing and simulation. The group provides ground systems for over 190 different satellite missions for communications, science, meteorology and earth resource applications. The domestic and international customer base includes government, commercial satellite operators, spacecraft manufactures, payload manufacturers and aerospace systems integrators. The software products include epoch 2000, oasys and abe. Epoch 2000 is used for satellite command and control. Oasys helps in spacecraft orbit determination and control. Abe provides statistical analysis of the information recorded in the real-time epoch archives. The group operates in France, the Netherlands, Thailand and Mexico.
