The principal activity of the group is to provide a wide range of financial services to the communities in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and southwestern Ohio. These services include various types of personal and commercial banking services, investment and trust services and selected insurance services. At 31-Dec-2003, the group served its customers through 74 banking centers and 134 automatic teller machines. It serves customers through telephone banking, Web banking and offers a suite of Internet-based products and services.
