Utility operations are involved in the generation, purchase, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy. Energy marketing segment markets electricity and natural gas. Ifs invest primarily in affordable housing developments, historic rehabilitation projects such as the el cortez hotel in san diego, California and the empire building in boise, Idaho.
