The group's principal activity is the provision of content and solutions to the business-to-business and business-to-consumer financial marketplace. The group operates in two segments: hyperfeed services and hyprware services. Hyperfeed services serve business-to-business sector whereas hyprware serves business-to-consumer market. The group uses proprietary collection techniques to process financial market information. The products include information on all north American equities, equity options, major stock indices, level 1 Nasdaq-quoted stocks, level 2 Nasdaq market-maker quotes, mutual funds and futures contracts. The customers include financial market data redistributors, securities broker-dealers, on-line brokerage firms, portfolio managers, other financial institutions, Internet Web sites and financial portals.
