The group operates through two segments, the health information business unit provides a full range of paramedical services to life insurance industries in the United States and u.k. The unit's core health information operations are portamedic, infolink, heritage labs and medical directs. The diversified business unit provides independent medical examinations, case management services primarily for property and casualty insurers and claim reviewers. The group operates through approximately 217 branch offices and 62 contract affiliate offices located in 50 states, the United Kingdom, guam and Puerto Rico.
