Competitive local exchange carrier leverages its telecommunications services to customers and expands service into areas served by other ilecs. The group also provides data processing services to the telecommunications industry and data equipment sales and service as well as the sale, installation and ongoing service of voice over Internet protocol equipment. In Dec 2003, the group disposed its subsidiary Minnesota southern wireless company, conducting wireless business.
