The group's principal activity is to develop technology for a wireless telephone system. The group was formed in 1997 for the purpose of developing and exploiting a wireless telephone technology intended to eliminate the need for expensive control towers and related equipment currently in use in the cellular communications industry. The group does not have any revenue producing operation presently. During the year 2003, the group acquired the barnhill group and on 02-Jan-2004, acquired fractal genomics.
