The group's principal activity is to provide software and application integration services that assists the clients in using the Internet for health insurance distribution and administration. The group operates through three segments: benefit administration and claims processing system, Web connectivity products and business processing outsourcing services. The benefit administration and processing system provides Web-enabled systems for administration and processing of health insurance claims. The Web connectivity products provide Web-enabled platforms and solutions for self-service individuals, enrollment, sale/distribution and post-sale administration of group and individual insurance policies. The business process outsourcing services provides electronic data capture, imaging, storage and retrieval of health insurance claims, attachments and other correspondence.
