The group's principal activity is to manufacture and market adhesives and specialty chemical products. It operates under two business segments: global adhesives and full-valu/specialty. The global adhesive segment comprises of industrial and performance adhesives products. The products are used in various markets including assembly, packaging, converting, nonwoven, automotive, graphic arts and footwear. The full-valu/specialty segment produces and supplies specialty chemical products that are used in various applications. These applications include ceramic tile application, hvac insulation, powder coatings applied to metal surfaces for office furniture, appliances and lawn and garden equipment, specialty hot melt products for packaging applications and others. The group has sales operations in 33 countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and the Asia/pacific region.
