The group's principal activities are exploration, development and production of crude oil and gas. As on 01-Jan-2004, the group had 22 mmboe proved reserves. The operations are concentrated in two fields: west cote blanche bay and the hackberry fields. It owns interests in a number of producing oil and gas properties along the Louisiana fields.
