The group's principal activities are to market retirement products, primarily fixed and variable annuities and various forms of life and supplemental health insurance. The operations are carried on through three divisions, life and annuity, supplemental insurance and ga life of Puerto Rico. Life and annuity provides fixed and variable annuity products and traditional life insurance products. Annuity products are sold through agents to employees of primary and secondary educational institutions, hospitals and in the non-qualified markets. Supplemental insurance provides a variety of supplemental health and life products through independent agents. Ga life of Puerto Rico markets in-home life and supplemental health products through a network of group-employed agents.
