The group's principal activity is to explore and develop high-grade gold properties in the major gold camps of North America. The company currently has three significant projects underway, covering approximately 5,800 hectares (21+square miles). The three properties are located in three of the highest gold producing areas of North America; the Carlin Trend in Nevada, U.S.A., the Bissett Gold Camp in Manitoba and Red Lake in Ontario, Canada. The company is currently an exploration stage company and are not not engaged in any mining operations. The exploration interest of the company are an option to acquire a 60% interest in the Pony Creek and the Elliot Dome Property which are both located in Elko County on the Carlin Trend in Nevada. The company owns 100% interest in 8 mining claims of approximately 60 hectares in the Red Lake Area in Northwestern Ontario.
