The group's principal activity is to engage in the assessment , acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties that meet the following general investment criteria: onshore shallow targets, adjacent to and/or on trend with previous discoveries, at least twelve months before any cash outlays are required, maintaining 10-15% ownership interest, and with total cash commitments of $250,000 to $300,000 per well.
