The group's principal activities are electrical construction and real estate development. The group's subsidiary, southeast power corporation, constructs transmission lines, distributes systems and substations and maintains electrical facilities for utilities and industrial consumers. The group also installs fiber optic cable for fiber optic cable manufacturers, telecommunication companies and electric utilities. Under its real estate development activities the group is involved in the development of small, high-end, waterfront condominium projects.
