The group's lending activities include one-to-four family residential mortgage loans, multi-family residential, consumer and commercial mortgage loans, including home equity loans. The group offers a variety of deposits consisting of now accounts, money market accounts, regular savings accounts, certificates of deposit and retirement savings plans. The savings bank conducts business in mountain grove and nine full service branch facilities in marshfield, ava, gainesville, sparta, theodosia, crane, galena, kissee mills and rockaway beach, Missouri. The other subsidiaries of the group are south central Missouri title, inc. Which provides real estate closing services and sells title insurance.
