The group's principal activity is to provide integrated voice and data communications services to small and medium-sized businesses in 19 markets in the western United States. Voice and data services, also referred to as network services, include local dial tone, long distance, enhanced voice features and dedicated Internet access services. Capabilities include selling, installing and maintaining business telephone and data systems and equipment, referred to as BTS. Products and services are provided individually or in customized packages to address customers' need for a fully-outsourced voice and data network solution.
