The group's principal activities are the research, development, manufacture and marketing of diagnostic and research products based on genetic engineering, biotechnology and molecular biology. These products are designed for the diagnosis of and/or screening for infectious diseases, cancers, genetic defects and other medically pertinent diagnostic information. The group conducts research and development for the rapeutic products based on the genetic modulation and immune modulation technology platform. It also operates a clinical reference laboratory that provides diagnostic medical testing services to the health care community.
