The group operates through its subsidiary dyntek services inc. The group operates through two segments: information technology services and business process outsourcing. Information technology services provides it infrastructure services such as architectural design, legacy systems integration, network engineering, applications development, network security services, help desk support and operational support. The business process outsourcing segment contracts outsourced program operations such as privatization of child support enforcement services, the arrangement of non-emergency medical transportation for eligible medicaid, general relief and welfare recipients and other consulting expertise to state and local governments. The group acquired mormar technology inc and alex woda & associates in fiscal 2004.
