Network information computers enable users to verify, qualify and monitor the performance of telecommunication networks and transmission equipment. Network access agents are unattended, software controlled performance monitoring and diagnostic equipment used for analyzing and managing telecommunication network from a centralized location. The customers of the group include incumbent local exchange carriers, inter-exchange carriers, competitive local exchange carriers, Internet service providers, communications equipment manufacturers, carriers' carriers, utility companies, equipment rental and leasing companies, wireless service providers and enterprise network operators.
