The group's principal activities are acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas. The group conducts its operations primarily in the mid-continent and rocky mountain regions of the United States. In addition, the group applies its patented calliope(TM) gas recovery system to low pressure gas wells and operates oil and gas properties for the group's interest and for the interests of third parties. The group operates in eight states. Currently, the group operates 94 wells and owns working and royalty interests in approximately 122 wells that are operated by outside parties.
