The customers of the group include major semiconductor manufacturers, fabless design houses, foundries and assembly and test services companies. The group sells its products in the United States, Asia-Pacific and Europe. In 2003, the group acquired assets of sz testsystems ag, sz testsystems gmbh and sz testsysteme Japan limited, or collectively sz and optonics inc and on 28-May-2004, acquired nptest holding corporation.
