The services include workers compensation claims administration, healthcare management services, property and casualty claims management, class action services and risk management information services. The claims management services include investigation and evaluation of property and casualty insurance claims. In addition to the field investigation and evaluation of their claims, the group also provides initial loss reporting services, loss mitigation services and risk management information services. The group also performs administrative services for class actions settlements for product liability, bankruptcy noticing and distribution, and other legal settlements. The services are provided with a global network of more than 700 offices in 67 countries. On 30-Sep-2003, the group acquired robco claims management pty ltd.
