The group's principal activities are broadcasting and media advertising through radio and television. The group operates in three business segments; television, radio and content. The television segment includes interest in several specialty television networks, pay television, pay-per-view services, digital audio services and cable advertising services. The radio segments operates 52 radio stations. The content segment includes production and distribution of film and television programs, merchandise licensing and publishing business. Television accounted for 43% of fiscal 2002 revenues; radio, 32% & content, 25%.
