The group's principal activity is to provide integrated billing, employee and customer care software and services. The group develops long-term strategic relationships with clients in customer-intensive industries including telecommunications, cable, broadband, direct satellite broadcasting, Internet services, technology and financial services. It functions through two operating segments: customer management group and information management group. The customer management group provides outsourced marketing, customer support services and employee care services. The information management group provides outsourced billing and information services and software. The group's customers include at&t wireless, at&t, sprint pcs, directv, comcast, bristol-myers squibb, general electric and lucent. In 2003, the group acquired cygent inc, avaya inc and billing and customer care assets from alltel communications inc.
