The group's principal activities are production and sales of construction materials and heating and air conditioning equipment. The group operates in two business segments of construction materials and heating and air conditioning. The construction materials segment produces and sells ready mix concrete, construction aggregates and other building materials. The heating and air conditioning segment manufactures wall furnaces, console heaters, evaporative air coolers, fan coil and air handler product lines. In addition, the group also conducts a real estate operation and the holding cost for certain mining interests in mining operations. The group has operations in the United States.
