The group acquired Parchman Energy Group, Inc. and Big Mac group of companies in the year 2005 and J&M Rental Tool, Inc., Turner group of companies, Pinnacle Drilling Co., LLC, Femco Services, Inc., Webb Dozer Services and Pumpco in the year 2006. The group operates from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Southeast Asia. Of the total revenue in the year 2006, the completion and production services segment accounted for $873,493, drilling services $215,255 and product sales $123,676.
