The group's principal activity is to manufacture ergonomic computer support systems, precision ball bearing slides and security products for use in office furniture, computer-related applications and other industries. The group's products are principally designed for use in medium to high-end applications where product design, quality and durability are critical to the group's customer. The group has foreign operations in Canada, Netherlands and Taiwan. As of 31-Dec-2003, the group operated five manufacturing facilities in North America (two each in Illinois and Canada and one each in South Carolina and Michigan), one facility in the Netherlands and two facilities in Taiwan. The group sells its components mainly to original equipment manufacturers.
