The group's principal activities are to explore, produce and market oil and gas properties. The group operates in two segments: exploration and production segment and natural gas marketing segment. Exploration and production activities include the exploration for and development of productive oil and gas properties located primarily in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and Louisiana. The natural gas marketing segment markets most of the natural gas produced by the exploration and production segment as well as natural gas produced by third parties.
