The group's principal activity is to explore, develop and exploit oil and gas and to develop liquefied natural gas (lng) receiving terminal business. The group's current oil and gas exploration and development activities are focused on two areas: the cameron project and the offshore Texas project area. It is conducting the exploration for and production of oil and natural gas along the gulf coast of Texas and Louisiana, onshore and in the shallow waters of the gulf of Mexico. The group employs a small staff of experienced oil and gas exploration professionals who utilize third party drilling contractors and others in the oilfield service industry in executing the group's exploration program. It has operations in the United States of America.
